Reservation requests submitted through the Site are not confirmed until you receive a confirmation from us by phone or email. We may cancel or modify reservations at our discretion, including for no-show, late arrival, or capacity reasons. Special-event or private-dining bookings may be subject to separate deposit and cancellation terms provided at the time of booking.

Menus, prices, hours, and availability shown on the Site are provided for general information and may change without notice. In case of any discrepancy, the information provided in the restaurant governs.

All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, photography, and menu descriptions — is the property of The Earle LLC or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written permission.

The Site may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by us. We are not responsible for the content or practices of any third-party sites.

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising under these Terms will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Daviess County, Kentucky.
